These are videos to view: a streamlining land exercise, back float with flutter kick, and a simulation of the 4 swimming strokes.

Swim Skills - Streamlining
The video at the link below has a drill to practice streamlining on land. An explanation is as follows:
Start lying on your back in a streamline position. Now raise your feet, hands, head and shoulders off the ground. Using your hips roll yourself onto your stomach WITHOUT letting your feet or hands touch the ground.
Continue this a few times in one direction and then switch. Keep your feet and hands together at all times, focus on just using your core and hip rotation to get the job done.
Swim Skills -Back Float with Flutter Kick
Equally important is the skill to float on your back and kick to the wall after jumping into the water.
The video at the link below is of children learning to backfloat.
What I like most about this is the instructor's use of the kickboard - a tool that I have yet to find in videos for adults.
The streamline land exercises are designed to support the backfloat too.
Simulation Videos of the 4 Swim Strokes
"Until recently, there have been no studies of the musculoskeletal analysis for swimming because of the difficulty to estimate the fluid force acting on the swimmer's whole body, although such analysis could prove to be valuable information for the athlete swimmer's training and coaching.
Now, a full-body musculo-skeletal simulator for swimming has been developed for the AnyBody Modeling System, which enables to calculate fluid force acting on the whole body during swimming. The model presents 4 swimming styles: Crawl, Breaststroke, Backstroke, and Butterfly."

This research on swimming has been conducted by a research group at Tokyo Institute of Technology, led by Dr. Nakashima.
